We are seeking a Project Coordinator to provide administrative and coordination support for an International project. This role will support project leaders by coordinating schedules, managing meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day project administration. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively in English.

This role is a 1 year contract.

The Opportunity

  • Provide day-to-day coordination support for the project team.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including calendar management across different stakeholders and time zones.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Support project administration activities, including documentation, tracking deliverables, and maintaining project files.
  • Assist with coordination between internal teams, external partners, and vendors as required.
  • Support basic project tracking and reporting activities.
  • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks to support project delivery.

Is this role right for you?

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project coordination, project administration, or similar support role.
  • A graduate of any course
  • Familiarity with project coordination processes, including meeting setup, calendar management, and documentation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent tools.
