The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Building Services Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The role will be responsible for the end-to-end design and coordination of mechanical systems for various building projects, ensuring compliance with codes and promoting sustainable and innovative design practices. Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit) is essential for successful execution and coordination.
• HVAC system design and coordination with other disciplines.
• Perform comprehensive engineering calculations, equipment selection, and technical specification writing.
• Collaborate with clients, multidisciplinary teams, and stakeholders with professional skills for effective communication.
• Support site inspection and commission process.

Is this role right for you?
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in mechanical design for building services.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant professions.
• Proficiency in BIM design environment.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
• Strong knowledge of relevant building codes and industry standards.
