  • Prepare, manage, and archive technical documents, drawings, and reports.
  • Conduct and, when required, lead condition assessments and structural integrity surveys.
  • Coordinate effectively with other disciplines to ensure integrated engineering outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers as part of their technical development.

Is This Role Right for You?

  • Licensed Civil Engineer; postgraduate studies (MSc, MEng, PhD, DEng) an advantage.
  • At least 10 years of experience (12 years for G5) in bridge & civil structures engineering within multidisciplinary consulting or similar industries.

Energy (solar, wind, hydropower, LNG, substations, transmission)
Marine/coastal structures and large site developments (airports, reclamation, industrial parks, solar/wind farms)
  • Extensive knowledge of engineering principles: steel, concrete, soil mechanics, water, construction techniques.
  • Practical application of local (NBCP, NSCP, DPWH) and international codes (ASCE, ACI, AISC, AASHTO, FHWA, ASTM, BS, Eurocodes, AS/NZ).
  • Strong proficiency in analysis & design software: STAAD, MIDAS Civil, ETABS, SAP2000, Strand7, SpaceGass, Oasys, etc.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; exposure to Revit Structure, Tekla Structures, Civil3D, OpenRoads, ArcGIS is an advantage.
  • Hands‑on experience with Infraworks preferred.
  • Familiarity with programming languages (C++, MATLAB, Python, R, VB, SQL) and API tools is favourable.
  • Experience in structural surveys, post‑disaster assessments, materials testing, seismic assessments, and QA/QC.
