Based in Ho Chi Minh City, this role supports the delivery of high-quality planning and urban design outputs for city-shaping projects across Vietnam and South-East Asia. You will contribute to masterplanning, transit-oriented development and urban design projects through spatial analysis, visualisation and clear technical documentation. Working within multidisciplinary teams, you will help translate ideas and analysis into compelling plans, graphics and presentations.

The Opportunity

· Deliver spatial analysis and urban design documentation to support masterplanning and urban design projects at city, regional and precinct scales.

· Develop masterplans, urban design plans and guidelines under the guidance of senior team members.

· Produce high-quality visualisations and presentations using hand sketches, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D software and AI-enabled tools.

· Support project delivery and bids through preparation of reports, graphics, presentations and design documentation.

· Assist with internal and external presentations, engaging with clients and stakeholders as part of multidisciplinary teams.

Is this role right for you?

· A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture, Planning, Urban Design or a related discipline, with 2–5 years’ relevant professional experience.

· Strong technical capability in urban design and masterplanning visualisation, including Adobe Creative Suite, 3D modelling and CAD tools.

· Working knowledge of Vietnam’s planning legislation, regulations and urban design guidelines.

· Excellent communication, report-writing and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.

· A proactive, detail-focused mindset with a passion for sustainability, innovation and collaborative teamwork.
