The Opportunity
We are seeking licensed Professional Engineers (PE) in Taiwan to support our projects and contribute to business development activities. The role combines technical accountability with client-facing and market development responsibilities, typical of professional consulting practices in Taiwan.

Technical & Professional Duties
• Review engineering and planning drawings, calculations, and technical documents for compliance with Taiwan regulations, codes, and professional standards
• Ensure drawings meet requirements for permit submissions, authority approvals, and statutory compliance
• Advise internal teams on regulatory, technical, and code compliance matters relevant to the discipline
• Coordinate with design teams to resolve technical issues prior to stamping
• Maintain proper documentation and records in accordance with professional and legal requirements

Business Development & Client Engagement
• Support business development activities, including technical input for proposals, client meetings, and professional representation
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and relevant stakeholders
• Identify potential project opportunities and support market expansion in Taiwan
• Occasional business travel as and when required

Is this role right for you?
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Taiwan licensed under the Professional Engineers Act, in one of the following disciplines:
o Urban Planning / General Building / Earthquake Engineering / Construction Management
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years post PE licensure practicing in the licensed discipline
• Proven experience in reviewing engineering or planning drawings, technical documents, and compliance submissions prepared by internal or third party consultants
• Demonstrated familiarity with Taiwan engineering, building, planning, seismic, or construction regulations, relevant to the licensed discipline.
• Comfortable
• Positive attitude, high potential with flexibility
• Strong Mandarin Chinese communication skills (written and spoken); working proficiency in English preferred.
