The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join teams delivering major infrastructure and water projects in India and the Middle East. The modeller needs to have experience with geometric design standards, which is also standard industry practice in highways projects. Your expertise in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS will be critical to the success of our design and construction teams.

The role involves producing and managing accurate 2D and 3D models, drawings, and digital terrain surfaces for civil engineering projects using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS tools. It includes preparing design layouts, as‑built documentation, grading plans, and analyses while collaborating with engineers to translate requirements into high‑quality, standards‑compliant deliverables. The position requires strong attention to detail, adherence to CAD and data management protocols, continuous learning of new software features, and effective teamwork. Candidates need a relevant engineering or geomatics qualification, at least five years of modelling and drafting experience, advanced CAD/GIS skills, and proactive, solution‑oriented behaviour in dynamic project environments

Is this role right for you?

We are looking for individuals who:

  • 3–5 years of post-graduate experience, preferably on India-based projects (experience on UK projects is an advantage

  • Experience in detailed design for roads and streets

  • Working knowledge of road geometric design standards (IRC and/or DMRB)

  • Experience in preparing reports, calculations, and bills of quantities (BOQs)

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D (experience with Open Roads Designer is an advantage)

  • Experience in traffic signs and road markings is desirable but not essential

  • ·Experience with Vehicle Restraint Systems is desirable but not essential
