Arup Digital Products (ADP) in China is currently recruiting a Software Sales Manager with strong technical background to drive its Oasys LS-DYNA Environment software distribution and support business.
Relationships
The Software Sales Manager will be responsible to the ADP China lead in Shanghai and to our global ADP leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develops new leads, formulate offers to new clients
- Visits prospective users’ sites with our technical engineers and support presales activities
- Attend competitive bids
- Supports post-sales activities and help recovering payment from customers
- Contributes to promotion activities for LS-DYNA and Oasys software and products in China
- Liaises with Ansys Channel and Sales managers and defend Oasys’ interests as distributor
- Follows LS-DYNA distributors' rules in China
- Achieves quarterly and annual sales targets
- Confers with ADP leadership based in UK, India, Japan and US as appropriate to clarify or resolve commercial problems
Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for professionals with over 3+ years of experience.
- A BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related discipline
- Knowledge of the LS-DYNA/Oasys/FE modelling software is a plus
- Experience relating to software sales and client management is a plus
- Willingness to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Microsoft Office literate using Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Word
- Bilingual in Chinese and English
