The Opportunity
You’ll join our London Building Engineering team as a Senior Structural BIM Designer, leading BIM delivery on UK and international projects while supporting engineers and designers across disciplines. The role places you at the centre of model production, coordination, and quality assurance, contributing to innovative, high‑profile buildings alongside leading architects in a collaborative, multicultural environment.
You’ll manage BIM workflows, guide project teams, and drive continuous improvement through structured data delivery, BIM Execution Plan implementation, and an interest in automation. Beyond project work, you’ll support the wider team, share best practice, and help shape a culture where diverse perspectives and meaningful, socially useful work thrive.
Leading BIM setup, coordination, and multidisciplinary collaboration
Producing and maintaining BIM models, drawings, and structured data
Managing and developing Revit families and project standards
Mentoring team members and overseeing project resources and quality
Preparing documentation, reports, and contributing to best‑practice networks

Is this role right for you?
We’re looking for a candidate who can demonstrate:
HNC (or equivalent) or higher in Structural/Civil Engineering
A solid grasp of structural design principles
Strong BIM software experience (Revit, Revizto, Navis, Autodesk Construction cloud, AutoCAD) a familiarity with PowerBi, Tekla, Rhino a bonus.
In depth knowledge of Autodesk Revit, including model setup, modelling, drawing production and family management.
Experience of managing and supporting others through guidance, training, and constructive feedback.
Strong communication skills at all levels with regular reporting to Project Managers and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients.
Having, or are working towards, a relevant professional qualification (for example ICE EngTech).
