The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to be an integral part in all phases of our multi-disciplinary projects, in Denmark and internationally. This role offers excellent prospects for career development and the opportunity to be involved in a diverse and challenging range of design projects across the transport sector.
As a Senior Engineer at Arup, you will:
Lead design and delivery of complex civil structures, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across geographies to drive innovation
Develop and mentor junior team members, developing cutting-edge technical skills and fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation
Drive business development activities including positioning for project opportunities and development of client relationship

We're looking for someone who is passionate about bringing technical excellence and innovation to transport and infrastructure projects.
We also value:
Third level Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Minimum 10 years' work experience in the design, management and delivery of complex bridges/civil structures and transport infrastructure
Proficient in both written and spoken English and either Danish, Swedish or Norwegian, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
Expertise in relevant design software and a deep understanding of the relevant industry standards
Experience in providing technical leadership and support to junior engineer
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams
