We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our People Team within Arup Milan Office.
You will work within an international team, supporting colleagues all over Europe. During your career at Arup, you’ll have the chance to engage in a fulfilling career and work with some of the most highly respected engineers and specialists in the world. You’ll also get the opportunity to work on exciting and significant projects, delivering quality work that has a positive and lasting influence on the community and the environment.
You will assist more senior members of staff with the analysis of information, coordination and delivery on People projects and day-to-day activities under close supervision. In achieving this you will apply a variety of standard processes and methods in solving problems.
You will be accountable for submitting a high quality of work and providing the stakeholders with all information needed in an articulate and organized manner, within an agreed timeframe.
As an HR intern at Arup, you will:
Support on Core HR activities (employees’ maintenance, onboarding of new hires, offboarding of leavers…)
Support on all activities related to employees‘life cycle, trainings organisation (coordination with hiring managers, coordination with new hires, information on the processes …)
Participate in Staff administration activities, meeting organisation
Collaborate on elaboration of HR reporting and presentations
Be involved in a diverse range of activities & projects including at European level.

We're looking for an intern who is passionate about human resources management. We also value:
Degree in humanities/legal/economic subjects / Master in Human Resources
Planning and organization skills
Written and verbal communications skills (English and Italian)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
