Our first project in Poland was the Opel factory in Gliwice. We have a team of around 200 engineers, consultants, and skilled technical staff. We work with both public and private sector clients, delivering creative and sustainable solutions based on the efficient use of resources.
The Opportunity
As an Assistant Accountant, you will be helping with the execution of purchasing and sales processes within the Poland region, support reporting and process optimisation, assist with day-to-day administrative tasks that keep our team operating efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
• Contributing to purchase order management and tracking
• Assisting in the review of expense reports and business travel expenses in SAP Concur
• Helping ensure compliance with internal policies
• Working closely with Project Managers on expense-related matters and approval workflows
• Maintaining documentation and providing administrative support
Is this role right for you?
We seek professionals with the following skills and experience:
- Proactive, detail-oriented individual who is eager to grow their skills in accounting and administration.
- Minimum secondary education, preferably in economics, accounting, or finance
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and English at B2 level; German language skills are a bonus
- Excellent attention to detail, strong numeracy, and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills across different levels of the organization
- A responsible, motivated approach and a desire for professional growth
- Availability to work in office from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
