The Opportunity

To support our commitment in providing world-class finance services, our Payroll Analyst will provide support to our Payroll Team under our Shared Services Center.

Your role in our team

• Prepare payroll for Hong Kong and handle IR56E form for starters
• Set up and maintain staff record
• Manage Hong Kong pension contribution
• Support annual audit for Hong Kong pension and year end reconciliation
• Prepare gratuity calculation and payment to site staff
• Update staff movement records in the system
• Assist in ad-hoc assignment as and when required
• Prepare and submit HK MPF

Is this role right for you?

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant experience obtained from multi-national organizations
• Knowledge of payroll process would be advantage
• Energetic, flexible and good team-player
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with IHR Plus is a plus
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is preferred
