As a Civil / Transport Engineer, you will deliver high-quality infrastructure design projects across the roads and rail sectors. You will apply your technical expertise in design, project management, and implementation within a consulting environment to achieve successful project outcomes. Working both independently and collaboratively, you will ensure compliance with industry standards while contributing to projects across Australia and the Asia Pacific region.

The Opportunity

• Provide technical design input across transport disciplines, including geometric design, drainage, road safety elements, and utility coordination.

• Manage assigned tasks or project components, contributing to delivery, reporting, and overall project success.

• Interpret and apply relevant legislation, standards, and technical guidelines with support from senior team members.

• Ensure quality assurance processes are followed and all deliverables meet safety and compliance requirements.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractors to support project outcomes.

Is this role right for you?

• A degree in civil, environmental engineering, or a related discipline, with around 4+ years of relevant industry experience.

• Strong knowledge of civil and transport design, including geometric and drainage design, with familiarity in applicable standards and regulations.

• Experience using design software such as 12d, OpenRoads Designer, Civil 3D, DRAINS, or AutoCAD.

• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
