As a Business Administrator, you will provide high quality administrative support across teams, projects and business functions, working under guidance. You will play a key role in keeping day to day operations running smoothly by coordinating logistics, maintaining accurate records and supporting business development and financial processes. This includes forecasting for smaller projects, along with managing forecasts, collections and receivables.
You are resilient and bring experience from a construction or similar environment, with an understanding of how consultancy businesses operate. We are looking for someone with local experience who is keen to learn, build capability and grow within a structured and supportive environment.
The Opportunity
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including travel coordination, meeting logistics, calendar management, and event organisation.
- Support business development activities by assisting with proposals, bid submissions, CRM updates, and opportunity tracking.
- Assist with financial and commercial processes such as invoicing, budget tracking, reporting, and timesheet coordination.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including formatting reports and compiling project materials in line with company standards.

Support team operations including onboarding/offboarding, training coordination, and responding to internal system/process enquiries.

Is this role right for you?
- Previous administrative experience with the ability to follow processes, procedures, and guidelines accurately.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Effective communication skills with a professional, customer-focused, and solution-oriented approach.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute positively in a fast-paced team environment.
