We are seeking a Technical Architectural Coordinator to provide strong technical support to the team, with a key focus on statutory submission coordination. This role involves managing and supporting the preparation of documentation for a diverse portfolio of projects across infrastructure, science and industry, as well as broader architectural developments. The ideal candidate will work closely with architects and multidisciplinary teams to ensure submissions are accurate, compliant with relevant regulations, and delivered efficiently across all project stages.
The Opportunity
- Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding and application of all relevant planning and building codes, regulations, and submission procedures, ensuring drawings are checked for compliance from concept design through to detailed construction stages.
- Coordinates and organises the preparation of drawings and documentation for statutory submissions, including ensuring BIM models and documentation comply with Singapore BIM Guide (v2.0 and beyond) and SS CP83 requirements.
- Manages the preparation and submission of forms, drawings, and statutory calculations (e.g. floor area) required by authorities for approvals, including TOP/CSC, while maintaining proper drawing standards.
- Maintains accurate records and systematic filing of submission drawings and authorities’ information, ensuring efficient retrieval and audit readiness.
- Liaises with architects, designers, and multidisciplinary teams on regulatory matters, supports drawing reviews and site inspections, attends consultant/site meetings, and supervises technical staff while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 14001 standards.

Is this role right for you?
- Diploma or Part 1 degree in Architecture or a related discipline, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in an architectural practic
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in statutory submission processes, including familiarity with CORENET and CORENET X requirements.
- Strong working knowledge and practical experience in BIM, with proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, Revit, and Navisworks.
- Good organisational, administrative, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with additional design tools such as SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous, along with the ability to learn and adapt to new technical skills.
