The Opportunity
• Assist senior engineers in the structural design of projects such as commercial complexes, super high-rise buildings, and long-span structures.
• Conduct comparative studies of structure design schemes across various gravity and lateral force resisting systems, and support the preparation of related technical reports.
• Prepare preliminary drawings and analytical models with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform structural modeling and assist in preparing structural construction drawings and related technical deliverables.
• Support the preparation of structural design reports, structural review reports, and technical standards under the supervision of senior engineers.
• Participate in innovative, forward-looking research initiatives as arranged by the Project Manager.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Work location: Beijing OR Shanghai

Is this role right for you?
• Minimum 2.5 years’ experience in structural engineering design and construction
• Master’s degree or above in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Candidates with overseas project experience and/or construction drawing project experience will be given priority.
• Familiarity with new structural materials such as timber structures and aluminum structures is preferred.
• Proficient in structural analysis software such as PKPM, YJK, MIDAS, SAP2000, ETABS, and other related tools.
• Programming skills and digital design capabilities are preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated success in a team-oriented environment and a strong sense of responsibility
