This Project Management Support role, for one of Arup's key global clients, is to join our existing dedicated team working alongside the client to support, govern and deliver projects within the corporate occupier sector. In this role you will be the face of Arup, working proactively with the client, other consultants and the contractors taking responsibility for the management of resources, timelines, budgets, risks, communications and reporting to meet the client's objectives and deliver tangible value.
The Opportunity
- Support Arup’s project teams in delivering client-side commercial fit-out projects, including workplace restacks and new office locations.
- Apply strong project management expertise to help plan, coordinate, and deliver work in a structured and well-controlled manner alongside Arup’s project teams.
- Engage and liaise with key client stakeholders to enable the successful delivery of agreed project outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to build trusted relationships and support business development opportunities including supporting FCP (Facilities Capital Plan) projects for the same client
- Support procurement activities such as preparing Request for Proposal (RFP), on-boarding vendors in client’s procurement platform and follow-up on any procurement related activities

Is this role right for you?
- 3-5 years of experience in Project or Cost Management roles within the consulting sector or a client organization with primary focus on commercial fit-out works.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, project management, architecture, business, commercial management or a related field.
- Professional accreditation such as AiPM, Certified Practicing Project Manager (CPPM), PMP, or similar as optional.
- Experience with project governance standards and procedures based on an organisation's protocols

Be familiar with the client’s governance process for procurement, third party risk management and project delivery
