The Opportunity

In this role you will be responsible for preparing clear, high‑quality documents and presentations in line with the Arup brand, using Microsoft Office tools. In addition, you will assist teams with project delivery and promotion, working closely with the marketing team to support activities across social media platforms.

You will provide day‑to‑day support to the team, taking into account holidays, absences, and wellbeing as the team evolves. This includes supporting new starters through their induction, ensuring a smooth and positive experience, as well as organising social and staff events. The role involves coordinating meetings and schedules for Team Leaders and the wider team, proactively gathering information, booking meeting rooms, and liaising with relevant teams to arrange AV requirements and refreshments.

At Arup, you belong to an extraordinary collective – in which we encourage individuality to thrive. Our strength comes from how we respect, share and connect our diverse experiences, perspectives and ideas.

You will have the opportunity to do socially useful work that has meaning – to Arup, to your career, to our members and to the clients and communities we serve.
