Shape a future with purpose at Arup in Dublin.
Driving clarity and confidence in complex infrastructure delivery
Arup’s purpose, shared values, and collaborative approach have set us apart for over 75 years, guiding how we shape a better world. Within our PMO and Infrastructure / Transportation teams, we support the delivery of complex, high‑profile programmes by bringing rigour, insight, and assurance to performance, cost, and governance. Our work sits at the centre of decision‑making, helping clients deliver infrastructure that is resilient, transparent, and fit for the future.
We are seeking a Reporting Lead who will be accountable for performance, commercial, and reporting activities for a single defined scheme, forming one of twelve individual schemes within a wider, complex infrastructure programme. The role ensures that contractor and client‑facing reporting is timely, accurate, robustly assured, and aligned to agreed governance frameworks. You will be based at the Liffey Valley site which requires you to be there 3 days a week
Based in the West Dublin site office three days per week, the Reporting Lead will support the Scheme Project Manager through strong data assurance, performance management insight, and effective coordination across client, PMO, and contractor organisations. The role combines hands‑on ownership of recurring reporting outputs with strategic input into the development and continuous improvement of reporting frameworks, dashboards, and assurance processes, improving how performance, cost, and delivery information is managed and communicated across the scheme.
As a Reporting Lead with Arup, you will:
· Own the end‑to‑end performance, cost, and commercial reporting function across assigned schemes within the BusConnects Dublin programme, ensuring outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned to agreed governance and contractual requirements.
· Lead the weekly and monthly reporting cycles, coordinating inputs from contractors and delivery teams and ensuring consistency across cost, programme, performance, risk, and change control data.
· Provide structured review, challenge, and assurance of contractor submissions, identifying data gaps, inconsistencies, or risks and coordinating clarifications in a controlled and proportionate manner.
· Maintain clear audit trails and traceability between source data, contractor submissions, dashboards, and client‑facing reports.
· Develop, maintain, and evolve reporting templates, dashboards, and guidance, responding to changes in programme maturity, governance needs, and client requirements.
· Act as the focal point for data assurance and integration, overseeing the validation and incorporation of contractor data into Arup and client PMO reporting systems.
· Produce decision‑focused insight and narrative, translating complex commercial and performance data into concise reporting for senior client and programme stakeholders.
· Support early warning, risk, and mitigation discussions through targeted analysis and clear presentation of trends, issues, and emerging pressures.
· Influence and support PMO reporting strategy, promoting consistency, best practice, and continuous improvement across multiple schemes.
· Operate as a trusted interface between Arup, the client, NEC Project Manager, and contractor teams on all reporting‑related matters, providing continuity across the long‑term programme.
