The Opportunity
Join our dynamic EIMEA Marketing, Communications & Business Development (MCBD) team, playing a pivotal role supporting our internal communications initiatives.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Internal Communications Coordinator to join our growing team across EIMEA. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape how we engage with our people across diverse geographies, cultures, and business areas. You’ll be part of a collaborative internal communications team responsible for employee and executive communications, content creation and channel management, member engagement strategies, and strategic programme support.
In this role, you’ll contribute to the planning and execution of impactful campaigns, support regional events, and help ensure our messaging is aligned with strategic priorities. You’ll work closely with Internal Communications teams across regions and be professionally developed through the EIMEA Marketing, Communications and Business Development (MCBD) network. Key responsibilities:
• Excellent writing skills with strong command of English grammar and usage
• Proven ability to deliver internal communications content quickly and effectively
• Highly collaborative working style , with the ability to work effectively across teams, cultures, and geographies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Teams) and familiarity with Canva
• Ability to learn and use tools like Poppulo and SharePoint
• Ability to analyse and interpret digital engagement and performance data
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise
• Curious mindset and eagerness to engage across the business to drive impactful communications

• Previous experience in internal communications within a matrixed organisation
• Experience with basic video, image and audio editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools).
• Ability to manage competing priorities and consistently meet deadlines
• Interest in sustainable development and the built environment
