Senior Lighting Designer (Los Angeles, CA)

• Work on lighting design projects from concept through design phases until construction administration.
• Prepare proposals, including scope definitions and fee forecasting for lighting projects.
• Work with clients and design teams to deliver documentation for successful lighting installation in healthcare, commercial buildings, hospitality, urban scale master planning, and museum projects.
• Prepare and deliver technical lighting design drawings, reports, renderings, and other visual documents to clients and project team members.
• Prepare technical presentations, bids, and proposals.
• Handle financial performance for lighting design projects.
• Review lighting deliverables for quality standards.
• Review lighting submittals and coordinate lighting installations.
• Create architectural lighting design projects.
• Develop lighting design for front-of-house areas, including offices, collaboration spaces, social lounges, and wellness areas.
• Work on architectural lighting construction administration services, RFI and submittal responses, and design coordination with local architects and other design disciplines.
• Requires Bachelor’s degree plus 6 years of experience.
• Salary Range: $104,800 – $127,050/year
