Arup in Poland is seeking talented students to join our Electrical Engineering team in our Warsaw or Krakow offices for a holiday season placement. We are looking for students who are ready to jump into the professional world; diverse individuals with inquisitive minds, an openness to new ideas, and a strong desire to learn.
You will work alongside skilled professionals as part of multi-disciplinary design teams. This is a unique opportunity to learn on the job through real project examples. You will receive dedicated guidance, gain hands-on experience with industry-standard software, and contribute to the success of real projects in the built environment.
As a Intern Electrical Engineer at Arup, you will:
· Work closely with and take guidance from experienced electrical engineers, assisting the department with foundational design tasks and day-to-day project activities.
· Learn and apply digital design skills, focusing on developing your capabilities in 3D modelling and drafting using software packages such as Revit and AutoCAD.
· Support the engineering team by assisting with calculations, data organization, and project documentation using Excel.
· Proactively learn through real-world project examples, gaining practical exposure to electrical building services design.
· Collaborate effectively in a team environment, bringing a fresh perspective, sharing new ideas, and embracing a new professional setting.

We're looking for students who are currently studying Electrical Engineering at a bachelor's or master's level. We also value:
· A strong willingness to learn, adapt to a new professional environment, and remain open to new ideas.
· A proactive, self-learning attitude with the motivation to understand and work on real-world project examples.
· Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken, to effectively work within our international environment.
· A keen interest in developing practical skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and Excel.]
