The Opportunity
You'll thrive in this role if you’re a curious, passionate engineer who takes ownership, builds trust quickly, and consistently delivers high-quality design.
As part of multidisciplinary project teams, you’ll lead the delivery of electrical (MV, LV and ELV) design packages—from the first brief through scheme and detailed design to installation and commissioning.
You’ll grow quickly in a role with strong development prospects, working on complex projects across Mission Critical, Science & Industry, and Healthcare.

As an Electrical Engineer - SIT at Arup, you will:
Be part of a multi-disciplinary team and design adequate electrical solutions (MV, LV and ELV) from concept to practical completion in a BIM environment.
Actively collaborate with architects, engineers, clients, contractors, authorities, and public service providers— for successful design outcomes.
Present projects and design solutions to clients and other partners.
Set and uphold high technical and quality standards across all designs and deliverables.
Contribute to skills learning with MEP team.
Work on projects in and outside Denmark.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about sustainable building design. There are the essential skills and qualifications for the position:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Bring 2+ years of relevant experience - ideally on Science, Industry & Technology and/or Healthcare projects
We also value:
Good knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations in Denmark and/or Scandinavia—and a strong drive for quality.
Knowledge of currently available electrical design software.
Communicate confidently in English and in either Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian—at all levels.
