The Opportunity
• Support day-to-day business development activities for outbound Chinese clients
• Coordinate communications between Chinese clients and Arup’s international teams across regions (e.g., Middle East, Central Asia, Africa, Latin America)
• Assist in identifying and tracking new opportunities and supporting bid processes
• Conduct client and market research to inform strategic positioning and pursuits
• Maintain and systemize client relationship management (CRM) processes and pipeline tracking
• Facilitate internal coordination across teams to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery

Is this role right for you?
• Bachelor’s degree (engineering or related background preferred but not essential)
• Strong interpersonal skills; enjoys working with people in a collaborative environment
• Diligent, patient, flexible, and highly organised
• Strong communication skills with excellent English (written and spoken)
• International mindset; comfortable working across cultures and time zones
• Additional language skills (beyond Chinese and English) are a plus but not required
• Approachable, reliable, and a strong team player
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
