This role will support Arup’s advisory services by delivering professional consulting across programme and project management. We are looking for candidates with experience or a keen interest in sectors including transport infrastructure, energy, water, and science and industry (such as data centres).
The Opportunity
Support Senior Project Managers in delivering projects by maintaining strong commercial discipline and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Manage day-to-day project activities across design, construction, and advisory projects, while supporting both current and future engagements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by participating in meetings and contributing to ongoing stakeholder engagement.
Contribute to the preparation of bids and proposals, while supporting the development and coordination of key project deliverables such as business cases, feasibility studies, and procurement documentation.
Prepare and manage key project documentation including plans, schedules, resourcing profiles, financial controls, and risk registers, while actively participating in project meetings to track actions, risks, and issues.

Is this role right for you?
Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, project management, the built environment, business or similar.
2+ years of experience in project management or a delivery role in the consulting sector
Eligible for professional membership of the Australian Institute of Project Management, Project Management Institute or similar.
Demonstrates strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Possesses good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and engage with clients confidently.

Hybrid working policy and flexible working hours.
Paid parental leave for the primary carer of 16 weeks or 32 weeks at half pay and as well as generous unpaid leave benefits.
Paid parental leave for the support carer of 4 weeks plus the opportunity to access extra paid and unpaid leave if you later become the primary carer.
