Join Arup’s South-East Asia Resilience, Security & Risk (RSR) Security Technology Team and play a key role in delivering technically outstanding security solutions across a diverse range of sectors throughout the region. The Opportunity

· Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for major integrated electronic security systems, from requirements gathering and concept development through to detailed design, tendering, construction support, and operational planning.

· Design and deliver integrated security solutions across technologies including CCTV, access control, perimeter intrusion detection, security screening, entrance control systems, and associated infrastructure.

· Produce high-quality technical documentation including specifications, reports, schematics, device schedules, calculations, and 2D/3D design layouts.

· Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing expert advice and delivering high-quality outcomes that meet client requirements.

· Support project delivery across South-East Asia, ensuring compliance with industry standards, health and safety requirements, and best-practice engineering methodologies.

Is this role right for you?

· Relevant tertiary qualification in Security, Computer Science, Electronics, Engineering, or a related discipline, together with proven experience in integrated electronic security systems design and delivery.

· Strong technical knowledge of security technologies, networking, electrical systems, systems integration, and a foundational understanding of cyber and information security principles.

· Demonstrated experience delivering projects within sectors such as aviation, critical infrastructure, data centres, transportation, healthcare, or similar complex environments.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to prepare clear, accurate, and professional technical documentation.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, combined with a proactive, collaborative mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to personal and professional development.
