We are seeking an experienced Architectural Design Manager to lead the multidisciplinary design, coordination, and delivery of a portfolio of complex projects, with a strong focus on SIT and data centre developments. In this role, you will drive design excellence, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest technical, quality, and compliance standards from concept through construction. Working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams, you will provide leadership across design management, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery.

The Opportunity
· Lead and manage the end-to-end design process across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with project scope, budget, programme, and client requirements.
· Coordinate architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, and other disciplines to deliver fully integrated and technically robust design solutions.
· Act as the primary design representative, facilitating client engagement, design workshops, technical reviews, and multidisciplinary coordination meetings.
· Ensure all design deliverables comply with local regulations, international standards, project specifications, and quality assurance requirements.
· Mentor and develop project design teams, support resource planning, and champion digital engineering practices including BIM, design automation, and collaborative workflows.

Is this role right for you?
· Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Master's Degree preferred), with Registered Architect (RA) status through PAM or an equivalent professional accreditation highly regarded.
· Minimum 10 years of architectural experience, including at least 3 years in a design management, discipline lead, or similar leadership role.
· Proven experience delivering complex building or infrastructure projects, ideally within mission-critical facilities, industrial, healthcare, transportation, or hyperscale data centre environments.
· Strong knowledge of local building regulations, authority approval processes, international standards, and multidisciplinary design coordination.
· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit and Navisworks and familiarity with digital collaboration platforms.
