日本およびAPACのリーダーと連携しながらブランド戦略・マーケティング施策を推進し、ビジネス成長を支える役割を担います。また、チームメンバーのマネジメント・育成にも携わっていただきます。

主な業務内容

• 日本市場におけるマーケティング・コミュニケーション戦略の企画・推進
• ブランド認知向上およびレピュテーション強化施策の立案・実行
• 市場・競合動向の分析を通じた事業機会の発掘および、経営層への戦略的なマーケティング提言
• 業界団体・パートナー企業との関係構築および業界エンゲージメントの推進
• クライアントマーケティング、Business Development、Work Winning活動の支援
• 日本およびAPACのリーダーシップチームと連携した統合マーケティング施策の推進
• マーケティング予算管理、ROI分析および効果測定
• Marketing & Communications team member のマネジメント・育成

応募資格

必須経験

• B2B、B2G、Professional Services、コンサルティング、エンジニアリング、インフラ関連業界などにおけるマーケティング・コミュニケーション・Business Development等の実務経験（5年以上）
• ブランド、PR、イベント等を含む統合型マーケティング施策の企画・実行経験
• シニアステークホルダーとの関係構築およびファシリテーション経験
• マーケティング予算管理およびROI分析経験
• 日本市場および日本のビジネス文化への深い理解
• 日本語：ネイティブレベル、または社内外のシニアステークホルダーと高度な折衝が可能なレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Communications Senior Specialist to support Arup’s growth in Japan.Working closely with senior leaders across Japan and APAC, you will drive brand, marketing and business development initiatives while managing and developing one Marketing & Communications team member.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and communications strategies aligned with Arup's business priorities in Japan
• Drive brand visibility, reputation-building and market positioning initiatives
• Provide strategic marketing advice to business leaders and identify market opportunities through industry and competitor insights
• Support client engagement, business development and work-winning activities through targeted campaigns and events
• Build and maintain relationships with industry associations, partners and key external stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for industry engagement, partnerships and sponsorships
• Collaborate with business leaders and regional colleagues to deliver integrated marketing programmes
• Manage marketing budgets, campaign performance and ROI measurement
• Manage and develop one Marketing & Communications team member

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Business Development or related functions
• Experience within B2B, B2G, Professional Services, Consulting, Engineering or Infrastructure sectors
• Proven experience working with senior stakeholders
• Strong understanding of the Japanese market and business culture
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English

Compensation & Benefits

Expected Annual Salary: JPY 6,000,000 - 9,000,000 (commensurate with skills and experience) plus Profit Share
