As a Digital Learning Analyst, you’ll play a key role in designing, delivering and improving digital learning across Arup. You’ll work closely with service owners, project teams and stakeholders to ensure learning is relevant, engaging and impactful.
This 14-month fixed term role offers an excellent opportunity to build expertise in digital learning, content creation and data‑driven improvement—while directly supporting the adoption of tools and services across the firm.

Key responsibilities
Design and deliver digital learning sessions across a range of formats (virtual, classroom and on‑demand).
Create engaging learning content including videos, guides, web pages and training materials.
Conduct training needs analysis to identify capability gaps and define learning solutions.
Analyse user activity data and feedback to evaluate effectiveness and improve learning outcomes.
Support and coach colleagues in developing digital skills using learning technologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Digital Technology and the wider business.
Maintain high‑quality learning materials and resources, ensuring they remain relevant and up to date.
Contribute to continuous improvement of learning services and approaches.
What a typical day might look like
Delivering a virtual training session or webinar to colleagues across multiple regions.
Designing or refining learning materials such as guides, videos or course content.
Reviewing feedback and data from recent sessions to identify improvements.
Working with service teams to understand new tools or features and translate these into learning.
Supporting colleagues via learning channels or communities such as Viva Engage.
Collaborating with team members on new learning initiatives or campaigns.

Is this role right for you?
Experience designing or delivering digital learning or training.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience creating engaging content (e.g. videos, documentation or online learning).
Ability to analyse data and use insights to improve outcomes.
A proactive, organised and improvement‑focused mindset.
Interest in digital tools and helping others develop their skills.
