The Opportunity

ArupItalia s.r.l. is looking for an Accounting Assistant for our finance team for a 12 month fixed term contract assignment. Reporting to the Finance Business Partner.

Salary range depending on experience

€30,000 - €33,000

Key responsibilities:

• Accounts payables management
• Expense claims management
• Intrastat filing
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Liaising with external auditors for their areas of expertise
• Management of administrative and accounting procedures in general, as required

Is this role right for you?

• High school diploma in Accounting
• 5 years' experience in accounting
• Background in similarly organized contexts: limited companies in consulting/services sector with project-based accounting, under the ordinary accounting regime
• Basic knowledge of Italian accounting principles
• Availability: Full Time
• Operational autonomy and willingness to work simultaneously on multiple sw tools;
• English B2
• Knowledge of JDE, Esolver
