Job Description
The Senior Integration Specialist at ATPCO you will serve as a subject matter expert on ATPCO (3Victors) competitive price solution for airlines. This position requires a balance of customer service, technical proficiency (such as SQL and data analysis), and business acumen to manage customer and vendor interactions effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of solutions for prospective customers
- Use SQL and/or other data analysis tools to pull, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, ensuring accurate and actionable insights are delivered to clients.
- Work with large datasets to identify key trends, patterns, and opportunities for clients to gain competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with internal data scientists and product teams to enhance the delivery and presentation of data insights.
- Work with data vendors and third-party service providers, ensuring seamless data ingestion and integration into the platform.
- Evaluate vendor performance and ensure the quality and timeliness of data feeds meet the company’s standards and client expectations.
- Liaise between customers, sales, data science, engineering, and product teams to ensure smooth communication and the successful execution of customer initiatives
- Proactively lead the effort to resolve escalated technical issues and provide solutions.
Qualifications
- Pricing or revenue management experience preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a technical support or related role, ideally in the data analytics or competitive intelligence space
- Strong knowledge of SQL and/or the ability to query databases and manipulate datasets for analysis.
- Experience working with data visualization and reporting tools (Quicksight) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
- Proven ability to manage and maintain client relationships, providing outstanding customer service and driving client success.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, non-technical manner to clients and stakeholders.
- Experience managing vendor and partner relationships in a data-driven or technical environment.
Salary Range: USD $109,000 - $131,000
