Job Description
The Director, Sales Effectiveness is a key leadership role for ATPCO, responsible for elevating the performance, productivity, and effectiveness of the Global Sales organization. The director leads commercial strategies and other strategic priorities driving product and feature adoption, revenue growth, and positive customer satisfaction. The role leads a cross functional team that empowers the global sales teams to optimize partner relationships and position ATPCO as a strategic partner in the airline industry ensuring ATPCO meets and exceeds business objectives. This role requires deep industry knowledge, strategic thinking, and the ability to mentor teams, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Drive Sales Productivity: Identifies performance levers and remove friction across the sales lifecycle, from prospecting to close
- Sales Enablement Leadership: Develops effective training, tools, and onboarding programs that accelerate customer optimization of ATPCO products and services
- Process Optimization: Streamlines sales processes, best practices, CRM workflows, and other growth accelerators for scalability and consistency
- Data-Driven Coaching & Insights: Delivers actionable insights, analytics, and dashboards to guide decision-making, prioritization and execution
- Go-to-Market Alignment: Partners with Product and Marketing to ensure comprehensive, well-coordinated execution plans leading to industry leading adoption, growth, and customer adoption
- Change Management: Champions adoption of new tools, processes, and performance frameworks leading to accelerated and industry leading outcomes
- Coaching: Mentors and develops a high-performing Sales Excellence team, fostering cross-divisional collaboration to accelerate growth and success
- Planning: Provides effective and efficient resources and innovative processes enabling successful positioning of ATPCO as a strategic business partner addressing industry challenges and enhance commercial agreements.
- Thought Leadership: Provides continuous thought leadership within ATPCO and across the industry, leveraging insights to navigate complex market dynamics and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Growth Mindset: Proactively identifies opportunities for global growth, driving brand recognition and business development initiatives.
Ideal Candidate :
- Extensive experience in airline pricing, revenue management, revenue accounting, sales or distribution highly preferred
- Experience in product development and Go To Market execution preferred
- Experience managing virtual teams with a global market footprint
- Extensive experience designing and scaling complex sales processes
- Able to represent ATPCO as a strategic thought partner to airline customers
- Experienced in leading cross-functional teams (sales, product, marketing, customer success) to achieve shared business goals.
- Skilled at CRM optimization ensuing pipeline accuracy, data quality, forecast confidence and improving organizational efficiency
Salary Range: $206,500 - $232,754 USD
