Job Description:
As a Software Engineer at ATPCO, you will be responsible for the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of a wide range of ATPCO applications and services. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop software solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. You'll also play a critical role in improving existing applications, integrating new features, and maintaining system functionality to meet evolving business needs.


Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Implement product requirements, validate solutions, and document design. Incorporate architectural strategies and standards into technical artifacts such as components and programs. Designing and developing test cases.
- Full Lifecycle Testing: Execute comprehensive testing throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring all applications, features, and modifications meet functional and performance standards.
- Efficient Programming: Utilize efficient programming techniques with a focus on code reuse and optimization, while reviewing and ensuring code quality for all projects. Adopting agile methodologies to develop software.
- Documentation and Management: Ensure all technical artifacts are complete, properly managed, and adhere to ATPCO's development and quality standards.
- Project Management: Formulate estimates, plan, organize, and track technical deliverables to meet deadlines, even in cases with ambiguous requirements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Actively contribute to and support integration of design strategies, product specifications, and user expectations into cohesive software solutions. Participate in cross-functional teams, fostering teamwork and open communication.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with programming techniques, tools, and technologies. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance quality and productivity.
- Ownership and Accountability: Take ownership of complex challenges, proactively working with the team to identify and mitigate potential issues.
- Communication and Mentorship: Provide clear, concise communication with diverse technical and non-technical audiences. Share technical, procedural, and business knowledge to support team success.
- Applying software engineering principles to analyze and problem-solve, and design a solution
- Developing and executing project plans
