KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with Treasury and Finance stakeholders to gather, validate, and document data, business requirements, and reporting needs.
- Develop comprehensive documentation supporting business and technology initiatives, including business and data requirements, data flows, data models, workflow design, and user interface specifications.
- Serve as a liaison between business users and technology teams to facilitate implementation of requirements across both large-scale and incremental initiatives.
- Continuously assess existing technology solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives; identify process and system improvement opportunities while evaluating associated risks and financial impacts.
- Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing and develop supporting system documentation and training materials.
- Manage incoming requests and issues related to treasury and finance systems, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
- Plan, document, and oversee system enhancements and implementations through all phases of the SDLC.
- Collaborate with end users to design creative, pragmatic technology solutions to complex problems.
- Partner with external vendors and technology partners to deliver projects effectively.
- Work with banking partners to onboard new banks and integrate them into the firm’s treasury platforms.
- Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining clear expectations with stakeholders.
- Respond promptly to critical system issues, driving root-cause analysis and sustainable resolution.
TECHNOLOGY EXPERIENCE
- Experience with treasury management systems such as GTreasury, Kyriba, Bellin, HazelTree, Reval, etc. (required)
- Experience configuring or supporting the Salesforce platform (preferred)
- Exposure to FX hedging tools such as Kyriba (preferred)
- Experience with cash projection and liquidity reporting (preferred)
- Understanding of SWIFT messaging (MT messages / ISO 20022 standards) and U.S. payment networks (ABA, ACH) (required)
- Experience implementing and maintaining SaaS platforms
- Hands-on experience building or maintaining system integrations (APIs)
- Familiarity with iPaaS tools such as Workato or Power Automate (preferred)
- Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, including ability to write queries and stored procedures (preferred)
- Experience supporting internally developed applications (preferred)
- Experience with data transformation tools such as DBT (preferred)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline
- Master’s degree with a concentration in Technology or Systems (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
- At least 2 years of experience implementing and supporting Treasury or Cash Management solutions
- Experience implementing or supporting FX hedging solutions (preferred)
- Familiarity with investment management, private equity, venture capital, and alternative investment concepts, terminology, and systems (preferred)
- Proven ability to support a functionally diverse and highly engaged user base with demanding solution requirements
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn, with a strong sense of ownership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and system initiatives
- Versatility to perform across multiple roles, including business analysis, systems analysis, data analysis, and product management
Compensation:
Expected Annual Base Salary $105,000 – $125,000
Actual base salary will be determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to role, function, level, experience, qualifications and geographic location. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based upon factors such as individual impact, team and firm performance.
