WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As a member of the Santiago Office Recruiting team, the Associate Recruiter will provide administrative support to the recruiting team and help manage processes related to candidate engagement, interview logistics, and recruiting events across South America offices.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage communication and correspondence with recruits applying to South America offices, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and applications.
- Co-manage the Summer Internship Program alongside in-office recruiters.
- Oversee external marketing efforts, including email campaigns, invitations, campus flyers, and event reminders.
- Coordinate logistics for interview days (1st and 2nd rounds), including managing food, space, travel, and debrief materials.
- Maintain regular communication with other Bain offices regarding marketing and interview events for select schools.
- Assist in interview logistics, such as scheduling students, preparing recruit folders, and assembling interviewer packets with accuracy.
- Provide clear and timely responses to consulting staff involved in recruiting (e.g., interviewer schedules, recruiting events, and other commitments).
- Prepare offer letter packets for full-time and intern hires, ensuring proper processing with HR.
- Enter and track recruiting events in Avature before commitments are sent out.
- Plan and attend intern and full-time consultant welcome weekends and related events.
- Utilize Avature for data entry, event management, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Support recruiting expense reimbursements as requested.
- Monitor and maintain recruiting supplies, including marketing materials for Chile, Argentina, and Bogotá.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- 2-3 years of administrative and/or support experience, preferably in a professional services firm.
- Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with recruits, vendors, and Bain consulting staff at various levels.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while handling highly confidential information professionally.
- Capable of working independently and as part of multiple teams.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a strong customer service focus.
- Open to a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings events.
