What is the True North Scholarship?

Bain & Company Australia is delighted to invite you to apply for our True North Scholarship – open for penultimate year students who identify as female or non-binary.

True North is our unswerving commitment to do the right thing by our clients, our people, and our communities is the cornerstone to building extraordinary teams.

Part of that commitment is enabling women and those who identify as non-binary to achieve their full potential at work and in our communities through the True North Scholarship ($20,000, a Bain mentor and a possible Associate Consultant job offer).

Who is eligible?

To be eligible to apply for the True North Scholarship you must identify as female or gender diverse, and be:

• A current penultimate year student enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate degree (except MBA), due to graduate in 2027 or mid-2028.
• Have completed a minimum of one-year full-time equivalent of University study at an Australia or New Zealand based University.
• Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.

• CV (1-2 pages) including ATAR and/or WAM
• University transcripts (unofficial transcripts will be accepted, please ensure they are not password protected)
• Complete the application questions when prompted

We will also be considering all True North Scholarship applicants for full-time Associate Consultant roles to start throughout 2028.
