The Production Services Specialist is responsible for ensuring availability and reliability of assigned production applications within a line of business (LOBs) of Compliance. To perform this function, the resource will have to perform daily tasks assigned by the Production Support Lead.
These tasks are aligned to the key services outlined within the Global Support Services Service Catalog:
- Monitoring
- Incident Management
- Request Management
- Disaster Recovery / Application Recovery Certification Exercise
- Metrics Reporting
- Application Capacity Management
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of product and Data Technology
- 3+ years of experience in finance surveillance space either in production support role or development
- 5+ years of experience in Informatica, Unix and job monitoring
- Industry Reporting toolsets including Tableau, ETL Apteryx, PL/SQL & Experience developing reports with large data volumes
- Understanding of Actimize tool used for data modeling
- Experience creating reporting that provides management-level insight into key data points, including the design of reporting controls and data flows
- Bachelor's Degree in related field

- Willing to be flexible sometimes with providing stand-by out of hours support on rotational basis for production system (as needed)
