Job Description:

The APAC Syndicated & Corporate Lending Team across 12 countries in APAC are responsible for the committed facility set up for part bought and bilateral credit agreement and subsequent booking of loans. A centralized booking hub -Credit Fulfilment Team is set up to ensure the accurate and efficient facility booking in the loan system across the APAC Region. The specialist will collaborate closely with various internal team, including Credit Officer and Loan Operations team to review loan agreements, input relevant information into the system, and ensure compliance with internal requirements.

We are looking for an energetic and passionate team player who can deliver the quality and timely credit support for APAC Region. The primary responsibility is to ensure the accurate and efficient setup of loan agreement and facilities in our loan system across the APAC region. The specialist will collaborate closely with various internal team, including Credit Officer and Loan Operations team to review loan agreements, input relevant information into the system, and ensure compliance with internal requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Review Loan Agreements and related documentation, input critical loan information, including borrower details, loan terms, collateral into the loan system. Ensuring data integrity and completeness.
  • Collaborate with Credit Officer and Operations teams to ensure seamless integration of loan agreement data, performing necessary testing and troubleshooting activities.
  • Continuously evaluate the facility setup processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose the implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
  • Handles a variety of functions (multi-tasking) and/or transactions, including priorities that require immediate attention.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties assigned.

Skills:

  • University degree with preference in Finance
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the field of loan documentation
  • Loan IQ experience preferable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret complex loan terms and conditions. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing loan agreements.
  • Proficient computer skills utilizing mainframe and PC software packages, strong system orientation:
  • Excellent teamwork, organization, and admin skills.
  • Able to navigate and communicate between the various groups globally.

Desired Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of commercial credit agreements and syndicated credits is helpful.
  • Project Management experience and/or certification
  • Can influence well and negotiate skillfully.
