Role Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated EMEA Quality Control Analyst to join our Chester based Global Operations organization. Responsible for the completion of our Test of Controls, the EMEA Quality Control Analyst will have a risk mindset with an eye for accuracy and process improvement to mitigate risk. They will be a confident communicator with the ability to share feedback with peers and, on occasions, with Line of Business managers. The EMEA Risk and Control organization is made up of a diverse range of people from varied backgrounds who each bring unique skillsets and perspectives.

Responsibilities:

  • You will monitor and evaluate a range of Treasury processes.
  • You will complete quality testing in line with our daily, weekly, and monthly routines.
  • You will identify errors in line with the process tests.
  • You will remediate errors based on existing procedures to mitigate risks for the Bank and its clients.
  • You will provide structured feedback to the management team.
  • You will provide supporting information to aid manager feedback.
  • You will work with Business Management teams to implement any changes/enhancements to tests.

  • You will be able to build key relationships with stakeholders.
  • You will be intellectually curious, challenging the status quo.

Skills that will help (optional):

  • The ability to manage risk effectively will be advantageous.
  • Treasury product knowledge would be an advantage.
  • Client or customer service experience would be an advantage.
