Responsibilities
- Lead corporate access activities including conferences, NDR, tours and bespoke trips
- Lead APAC conferences and corporate days including event planning and marketing, corporate invitations and liaisons, meeting scheduling and onsite event management (both virtual and in person)
- Work closely with Sales and Analyst teams in developing and delivering corporate access activities
- Work with regional Corporate Access team members on APAC and Global corporate access activities
- Arrange all travel logistics including booking of venues and relevant transportation
Requirements
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience working in Corporate Access from the sell side or buy side
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced banking environment
- Independent self-starter but can work as part of the regional and global team
- A problem solver and a team player
- A strong communicator interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly detail-oriented, independent, and reliable with strong excel and organizational skills
