Job Responsibilities:
This job is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients with duties that include developing measurable strategic plans to foster expansion, developing effective marketing and communication plans, and ensuring bank product offerings and service support meets client expectations. Job expectations include serving a lead role in the coordination of complex Request for Proposal processes together with the Treasury Sales teams, building partnerships with business partners and key client decision makers, and completing portfolio business reviews with a focus on revenue realization.
This TSCO role is will cover a broad range of middle market companies in the norther New England market. This role directly manages day to day relationships with clients while retaining and growing existing GPS revenue while building opportunities to deepen relationships.
Manage the day to day treasury sales effort for the client relationship
Build trust with the client and expand existing relationship through at least semi-annual calling
Maintain a strong working relationship with the client team
Identify cross-sell opportunities through account analysis & regular client interaction
Manage client escalations and keep internal team informed
Protect and grow revenue
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 3+ years of treasury analytics or cash management sales
Experience working with Commercial Banking clients
Ability to interact with and influence people internally and externally by expert use of verbal and written communication and through strong presentation skills
Ability to read and leverage data to proactively identify trends and opportunities
Strong ability to organize, prioritize and balance multiple sales activities
A deep understanding of bank structure and the operational aspects of global cash management products and services
Understanding of and adherence to risk guidelines to proficiently identify, manage and escalate risk to grow the business responsibly
