The Team

Global Payments Solutions (GPS) Revenue Management drives both the billing and pricing for transaction services products.

As an International Billing Product Manager you will be a critical part of the Global Revenue Management team, this pivotal role involves optimising and overseeing the billing & collection of transaction fees for our valued clients across multiple geographic regions. As a Billing Product Manager you will be expected to challenge the status quo while influencing business partners by driving simplification and efficiency enhancements across the global billing & pricing environment.

You will regularly interact with key business partners across multiple teams including Sales, Product, Risk & Compliance, Operations and Technology. Giving a broad & holistic view into the entire Global Payments Services organisation.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Continuously manage, evaluate & maintain the international billing & pricing maintenance landscape for transaction services products, closely collaborating with regional business partners such as Sales, Product Management, Operations & Servicing and Technology.

  • Work as part of a dynamic team with local and global Revenue Management to ensure accurate pricing implementation and collection of fee revenue. Facilitate the incorporation of new products and services into billing, while appropriately mitigating risk from an international billing perspective in line with GPS principles for client fee billing.

  • Lead implementation of targeted pricing actions to ensure accurate billing & statementing. Work closely with regional pricing leads to ensure a seamless pricing process across the billing environment.

  • Drive simplification and standardising processes across the global billing environment. Assist with application enhancement business cases to improve product efficiency and the effectiveness for our international billing platform, including improving operating leverage, with an eye towards the future.

  • Serve as a strategic special project manager for unique client-facing solutions.

What we are looking for

  • Banking experience, with a preference for experience with product, risk, and/or operations responsibilities.

  • Desired, knowledge of transactional products, operations, technology and/or risk/compliance environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with partners from multiple functional areas.

  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint; analysing data and identifying outliers/disparities.

  • Effective presentation skills and written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to accuracy and detail, ability to effectively prioritise, and follow through with tasks and commitments.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and organisational skills, able to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • The ability and desire to think creatively to deliver business results, both independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience with billing & analysis systems beneficial.

  • Advantageous experience in transaction banking or product management.
