Job Description:

This is a front office sales role that sits within our China Onshore Fixed Income Sales division. The role is responsible for distributing FX and Rates solutions to Corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

• Distributes FX and interest rates products to assigned account base with limited direction from seniors.

• Develops and maintains client relationships and determines which products best meet clients' needs.

• Studies market relationships and current market conditions to increase account/market penetration.

• Under the international context and working with a team of salespersons and bankers.

• Provide flows color on the desk as well as offering sales advice.

• Generating ideas and communicating them to the client base to maximize client commissions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in the financial industry.

• Strong product knowledge and understanding of the markets.

• Demonstrated track record of managing MNCs or large corporate clients.

• Proven track record in the field of wealth management products or FX risk hedging solutions would be a plus.

• High energy and ability to manage the difficulty of dealing with contacts all over the world on a daily basis.

• Independent thinker and willing to learn from a bench of experienced sales people.

• Strong analytical skills and confident to take on a client facing role.

• Ability to work and excel in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
