Job Description:
Primary responsibilities
Provides technical & business systems and software support for modification, implementation, or conversion of business systems. Translates business needs into technical requirements and ensures all systems support and conform to business needs and specifications. Acts as liaison between business unit and software/hardware developers and vendors. Aware of business or function for which application or system is designed. Has the required domain knowledge, as applicable or brings other domain knowledge that improves the overall function of the business to team interface. Constantly looks for ways to improve the interaction with the business and the quality and speed of the requirements gathering and requirements build.
Responsibilities:
- Experienced Business Analyst with strong BA Skills.
- Responsibilities include Business Analytical experience, Technical and Functional Business knowledge with good understanding of Agile practices.
- Produce functional designs and wireframes for project group.
- Produce data maps between the source and target systems.
- Schedule plan and lead the requirements gathering and review meetings. Communicate decisions, actions and coordinate within the team work with different stakeholders.
- Attention to details, strong payments domain and banking knowledge.
Desired skills:
- Strong understanding of the components and application of technology control frameworks
- Possesses deep knowledge of risk management / risk framework, processes, tools and routines; ability to effectively identify, debate and escalate technology risk
- Strong relationship management skills to navigate the complexities of aligning stakeholders, building consensus and resolving conflicts in a large, distributed organization; proven ability to influence peers/stakeholders and senior leaders across various lines of business.
- Proven ability to manage multiple and often competing priorities in a global environment; Ability to drive strategic initiatives with a track record of successful change and making difficult decisions. Highly proactive approach - ability to connect the dots, look across, and a love of problem-solving
- Ability to decompose complex issues and drive timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input, and when to act independently
- Proven critical thinking skills
- Drives Execution - demonstrates a bias for action and a commitment to achieving sustainable results
- Proven ability to manage and develop team members.
- Strong communication skills (presentation and influencer); ability to synthesize information in order to drive results; Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, shaping the opinions and actions of key stakeholders and gaining their trust.
Required Skills:
- Participate the discussions with operations team and gather the requirements
- E2E solution design
- Current and Target flow preparations
- Good understanding on the API's
- Work with all Interface application teams, create functional specifications, API mapping specifications etc.
- E2E use case scenarios
- Jira epics/story creation
