The Apprentice will work on operational and administrative support activities, contributing to the smooth functioning of daily routines within their assigned area. This is a developmental role, offering hands-on learning in a corporate environment with ongoing guidance and supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily administrative and operational activities in the area
  • Organize, file, and manage physical and digital documents
  • Perform initial checks and reviews of documents and information
  • Update spreadsheets and simple controls, ensuring data accuracy
  • Assist in tracking internal processes
  • Provide support in handling internal client requests
  • Contribute to maintaining organized and efficient workflow processes
  • Carry out other support tasks as assigned by the manager and/or team

Requirements:

  • High school in progress or completed; higher education recently started or planned in the near future is a plus
  • Intermediate or advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office or equivalent)
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally
