The Team

Join the Global Corporate & Investment Banking (GCIB) Benelux team in Amsterdam, supporting senior Managing Directors, providing administrative and coordination support within a fast-paced, client-facing international environment.

This is a high-impact front office support role where you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and team, and efficient execution of daily business activities. Working closely alongside two colleagues, the role involves managing diaries, coordinating travel, processing expenses, and office management related tasks.


Responsibilities

  • Calendar management across multiple bankers, including organising internal and external meetings (in-person, conference and video), including cross-border collaboration

  • Arrange travel and manage expenses

  • Organising client and team events (e.g. client breakfast, client dinners and team events)

  • Act as a key point of contact for the team and visitors (internal & external)

  • Maintain and update CRM database

  • Support onboarding of new joiners and offboarding leavers processes

  • Ensure appropriate handling of confidential and personal data in line with internal policies

What we are looking for

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Proactive, self-starter mindset with the confidence to work independently and make decisions

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels, internally and externally

  • Professional, calm and discreet approach, with a high level of confidentiality

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

  • Collaborative team player with a flexible approach and willingness to provide broader team support

  • Experience supporting teams within financial services or investment banking

  • Comfortable working across international teams and coordinating cross-border activities

  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); with familiarity or some experience in CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and expense management tools (e.g. Concur) considered a plus

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)

  • Flexible approach to working hours, with occasional need to support business requirements outside standard office hours
