Job Description:
This role will be responsible for acting as the primary interface with the client to open accounts and establish all connectivity between organizations. Organizes all internal and external project related activities to ensure a timely and smooth client implementation process. Associate may support other activities such as, but not limited to procedure reviews and internal initiatives to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact with clients to support account opening and establish connectivity between organizations;

  • Coordinate and organize all internal and external project-related activities to ensure a smooth and timely client implementation process;

  • Drive effective communication across stakeholders to maintain alignment throughout the implementation lifecycle;

  • Support additional activities such as procedure reviews and internal initiatives aimed at improving processes and driving operational excellence.

Skills:

  • Effectively manage complex situations to ensure prompt resolution and prevent negative client experiences;

  • Demonstrate strong time management skills, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and client or business needs;

  • Proactively manage the implementation pipeline, ensuring consistent and timely follow-ups;

  • Identify and escalate issues promptly to minimize risks and ensure smooth execution;

  • Client facing experience and ability to conduct discussions with Clients in a confident manner;

  • Excellent communications skills and ability to present to an audience;

  • Ability to work under pressure in a team environment;

  • Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds;

  • Ability to anticipate challenges, develop solutions, and seek support when necessary;

  • Must Speak Portuguese and English fluently.
