During the event, first year MBA students will:

• Network with senior leaders from Investment Banking
• Participate in engaging panels and learning sessions
• Gain valuable advice from recent MBA Full Time Associates as they share their journey from MBA to Barclays
• Have an opportunity to participate in interviews for our 2026 Investment Banking Summer Associate Program

Application Details & Eligibility

First year, full time MBA students pursuing an Investment Banking 2026 Summer Associate position at Barclays are eligible to apply. Barclays seeks to attract, develop and retain talented and high-achieving individuals. Candidates should submit the MBA Career Catalyst application at the same time as their Investment Banking Summer Associate internship application. Candidates must apply to both postings to be considered.
