Join us as an Equities Dealer across Cash Equity Trading and Listed Derivatives on NSE and BSE, operating with AVP-level market judgement, precision, and leadership maturity. You will lead high-touch client execution, manage seasonal volume spikes with confidence, and ensure flawless trade lifecycle governance. You will execute high-velocity, precision-driven trades across equities, Stock & Index Futures, and Exchange Traded Options. Conduct real-time pre-trade risk checks, including cash/fund sufficiency, demat verification, span/exposure margins, and risk-limit adherence. Provide data-backed market intelligence—volatility insights, liquidity mapping, expiry sensitivity, strike selection, and hedging nuance. Manage seasonal order bursts with minimal market impact, optimising fill quality in fast-moving markets. Operate OMS/EMS platforms to ensure complete trade lifecycle hygiene. Uphold regulatory and compliance excellence with audit-ready execution trails. Lead deal-desk readiness, support peer dealers during peak cycles, and champion a culture of execution excellence.
To be successful in this role, you should have the ability to make fast, high-confidence trading decisions under pressure while maintaining discipline, precision, and adherence to risk frameworks. A strong analytical and situational-awareness mindset, capable of interpreting real-time market cues and converting them into actionable execution strategies.
Essential Skills / Basic Qualifications:
- Deep mastery of NSE/BSE market microstructure, order routing, and derivatives pricing constructs.
- Strong command over margin frameworks, option premiums, Greeks, strike analytics, implied vs realised volatility, delta positioning, and expiry risk.
- Proven capability in latency-sensitive, accuracy-critical trading environments.
- Client communication that inspires trust through clear, data-led execution rationale.
Desirable Skills / Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing HNI or institutional execution flows.
- Exposure to order slicing, timed-interval execution, liquidity sensing, and impact-cost optimisation frameworks.
- Ability to design seasonal execution playbooks, optimise throughput, and drive process innovation during high-volume periods.
- Strong cross-desk coordination with a trade-strategy calibration mindset.

Purpose of the role
To develop and manage the success of specific financial products and services, providing in-depth expertise on a particular product line, bridging the gap between product development, marketing, sales, and customer service.
Accountabilities
- Provision of SME expertise on specific products and services to customers and colleagues, including features, functionalities, benefits, limitations, risks and compliance.
- Identification of market trends, new features, regulatory requirements and potential risks, and analysis of data obtained from sales figures and, customer feedback, to support the product development process, and communicate key findings to relevant stakeholders to improve product offerings.
- Response to customer inquiries, resolution of issues, and provision of guidance on product usage. .
- Presentation of the advantages and features of the product to potential customers, building trust and encouraging adoption.
- Assistance with the development and execution of marketing materials for the product, such as brochures, presentations, and online content.
- Participation in training sessions and workshops to share product knowledge and expertise with colleagues and other stakeholders.
- Participation in events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to showcase the product and generate interest.
