You will design, build, and maintain data pipelines and analytics solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven outcomes.
To be successful as a Data Analytics Engineer – BA4, you should have:
Professional programming experience in Java or Python, along with building production-grade data systems
Advanced knowledge of RDBMS/NoSQL databases, data modelling, and modern data warehouse architectures
Proven experience with AWS data services ecosystem (Glue, Redshift, Lambda, S3, EMR, Kinesis)
Experience with batch processing, stream processing, and data integration using big data frameworks such as Spark, Flink, or Kafka Streams
Other highly valued skills include:
Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, SAP BO, or Power BI
Expertise in containerization using Docker and Kubernetes for data workloads
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Demonstrated success in implementing serverless architectures for data processing
Experience with DataOps and CI/CD pipelines for data solutions
This role is located in our Whippany, NJ office.
Minimum Salary: $75,000
Maximum Salary: $135,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

Purpose of the role
To build and maintain the systems that collect, store, process, and analyse data, such as data pipelines, data warehouses and data lakes to ensure that all data is accurate, accessible, and secure.
Accountabilities
- Build and maintenance of data architectures pipelines that enable the transfer and processing of durable, complete and consistent data.
- Design and implementation of data warehoused and data lakes that manage the appropriate data volumes and velocity and adhere to the required security measures.
- Development of processing and analysis algorithms fit for the intended data complexity and volumes.
- Collaboration with data scientist to build and deploy machine learning models.
